2015年底，三位网友聚集在江子翠站丹堤咖啡店，决定一起玩团，一边找鼓手一边开始进练团室。然而却一直没有稳定的鼓手，甚至曾把练团室里练鼓的学生叫来陪练团。直到2016年3月，鼓手一折在他生日当天带了生日蛋糕加入了我们，解放动物园有了完整的阵容，开始更稳定练团与活动。

三个上班族与一个学生为了共同的梦想聚在一起。四位团员皆来自不同世代背景，同时也有不同的音乐喜好，而我们尝试搓揉彼此的不同，在独立摇滚的世界中打造新的可能性，并坚持多元的思想与音乐。

Liberation Zoo is a Taiwan indie rock band from Taipei city, that formed in the end of 2015. The group has
consisted of vocalist and acoustic guitarist Athrun Ciou(邱), bassist Ellen, guitarist Epyon(西瓜), and
drummer Alan(一折). All the members came from different generation and preferences in music , tried to create the possibility of indie rock.
