Live in THE WORLD - Japan

2023年年底，大象体操展开了为期一年，共23国60场的世界巡回。纽约、东京、巴黎、智利圣地牙哥等城市皆达到完售佳绩。全球乐迷的热烈回响以及各地不同的演出文化，让乐团团员留下深刻印象。

大象体操精选了世界巡回期间，来自四大洲的现场演出录音。期待透过音档与听众分享不同城市的演出氛围。各洲的现场演出录音，将以EP形式在2025年陆续发行，最终再收录成完整现场演出专辑。

第二波“日本 - 东京演出现场”，大象体操首度在位于涩谷、被许多日本音乐家视如圣殿的场馆“Spotify O-EAST”举办专场演出，并创下千人完售佳绩，这对深受日本音乐文化影响的三位团员来说深具意义。

这张EP收录了四首歌曲，其中包括与日本全能创作歌手“TENDRE”重现合作歌曲〈羽毛〉，并邀请到由活跃于日本流行与独立乐界的萨克斯风手小西辽领军的管乐四重奏“象眠舍”演出豪华编制的经典歌曲〈银河〉，忠实记录下大象体操登上圣地舞台的沸腾情绪。

At the end of 2023, Elephant Gym embarked on a year-long world tour, performing 60 shows across 23 countries. The tour featured sold-out performances in cities such as New York, Tokyo, Paris, and Santiago, Chile. The enthusiastic response from fans around the globe and the diverse audience reactions to the performances left a lasting impression on the band.

Elephant Gym has curated a selection of live recordings culled from select performances across four continents during this tour. Through these recordings, the band hopes to share with listeners the unique atmosphere of each respective city’s live performance. These continent-specific live recordings will be released as a series of EPs throughout 2025, culminating in a complete live album.

The second installment, Live in Tokyo,Japan, documents a landmark performance at Spotify O-EAST in Shibuya, a venue revered by many Japanese musicians. The event marked Elephant Gym’s first solo concert at this iconic venue and drew a sold-out crowd of over a thousand, which was a deeply meaningful milestone for this trio of musicians who have long been influenced by Japanese music culture.

This EP features four tracks, including a live rendition of “Feather” in collaboration with Japanese multi-instrumentalist/singer TENDRE. It also includes a powerful arrangement of the classic “Galaxy”, performed with brass quartet ZOO-MIN-SHA, led by renowned saxophonist Konishi Ryo, whose work spans both the pop and indie music scenes in Japan. The recording captures the emotional intensity of Elephant Gym's triumphant moment on one of Japan’s most celebrated stages.
