04. Interpretation

（他看见老人，在阶梯尽头的一片辽阔中伫立。他虽然看不清老人的面容，却觉得自己认得那个身影。远方是橘红色的天空，渗著几乎是褐色的霞光。微风轻拂，暖意在他们毛发间流转，老人的胡髭和大衣瑟瑟地摆动。

和他们在医院门口第一次邂逅的情景不同，老人敛起似笑非笑的神情，眼里那近乎疯狂的光芒也不复在。老人用澄澈专注的双眼凝视著他，使他在一瞬间以为老人不过是在眺望他身后的景色，又瞬间错觉老人也许是在打量他内心深处那团赤裸的意识。

在奇异的对峙中，耳际响起了声音）

趁还年轻时回头吧
在你连自己变成何种模样
都说不清楚之前
迷走在生存的荒地上
似乎少了什么、什么都不容易

如你已错失了那把钥匙
不知该向哪去，又如何出逃？
也许只能在你的梦里
你的梦里

（但现在就连梦也…）

你可曾纳闷你为何在这？
你可曾疑惑你为何非得留下？
你从来、从来不曾后悔吗？

你是否够了解你的存在？
你有没有任何一个理由
让你继续活著？
你能回答为什么吗？

你是否会在涨潮时别过身？
你在海面漂浮
你呛得痛苦
一切都不会结束
即使如此，你还能坚信吗？

所有遭遇的
所有你以为会伤害你的
都是使你生长的记号

那未被命名、未曾提及、未能描述的
将引你揭穿虚妄的信仰
人言会烟花消散
恐惧只是过去的遗骸

而你向来都是自由的

04. Interpretation

(He saw the old man standing alone in the openness by the end of the stairway. He couldn't see the old man's face but somehow found his silhouette familiar. The arch of the tangerine sky was permeated with the dark brown beams of dusk. Winds arrived along with the warmth, slipped through their hairs and rendered the old man's beard and his trench coat swinging gently.
Unlike the first time they met at the entrance of the hospital, the ambivalent countenance has vanished from the old man. So did the flare of insanity. The old man now stared at his with fixation of clearness, making him thought the old man was merely appreciating the scenery behind him. For another instant, he thought the old man was gazing at his innermost consciousness, stripped of any disguise.
In this bizarre standstill, the sounds arose. )

Turn around while you’re young
Before you can’t even tell what you’ve become
Stuck in the desolation of life
Something’s missing
Nothing’s easy
It feels like you’ve lost your key
You just don’t know where to be and how to break free
Oh, perhaps in your dream
Your dream…
Now even dream seems to be…

Have you ever wondered why you’re here?
Have you ever wondered why you ought to stay?
Do you ever ever regret?

Do you know enough about your life?
Do you have a reason? Trying to stay alive?
Can you ever ever answer why? Why?

Will you turn your head when tide ascends?
You float you choke but it won't end.
Will you keep on keep on believing?

All the things encountered
All the things you thought would hurt
These are signs for you to strive, to rise

The unnamed, unsaid, unexpressed
Unveil the false faith
What they’ve said will all fade in a blast
What you’re afraid of
Are the wrecks of your own past

You are always free
