每个人在爱情里都有不同的样貌，有的人是小鸟依人，有的人是若即若离，又或者无法专一一段感情。而这首歌描述的是，一个人在某段感情里，常常感到不安，不断地用各种方法来测试对方爱不爱他，如果对方没有马上接到电话或是回复讯息，就会感到很焦虑！或是随时随地都要对方满足自己的要求，来证明是真爱，这些种种紧迫盯人的相处，令对方感到很不舒服，很想逃离这种关系，越是追逐，两人的关系越是疏离！虽然知道这样不好，可是却又无法阻止自己的焦虑！
