Sam was born in Taipei city, Taiwan, in 1979. He received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from NTIT, Taipei, Taiwan in 2003. In 2003 he received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from TKU, Taipei, Taiwan,in 2005. My currently is pursuing the Ph.D. candidate at Department of Electrical Engineering, TKU, Taipei, Taiwan. I am research interests include DSP IC design, Multimedia system design.
