深夜的争吵、溢出的未接来电、在争执过后，我们总是一边意识到自己搞砸了，一边继续任情绪散落一地，边喘边收拾。
人声由远而近，对话过程歪歪酸酸的音色从头到尾衬在一旁，在表面与内心的纠结之间来回横跳。歌曲的前半像是在辩解，后半却成了告解。先是八成抗辩、两成道歉地传讯息说“我不知道自己刚才在讲什么啦”，再前进到七成道歉、三成反省：怪东怪西，怪天气怪水逆，然后停顿深吸一口气，幽幽吐出一句“如果这已经是最好版本的我呢”。
作为一个双子，Everydaze 其实不那么相信星座，但双子的两面性，流动若水，却有许多他喜欢（也认可）的特质：没有人生来邪恶，但在感情里狡猾是可能的。只是，也可能会在一瞬间，坦露出一闪即逝的诚实。
