There are always wild animals in the ruins, which may pass by haphazardly, may live, feed and even build nests. The 'tears' in the title of this song are intended to represent not just sadness, but a mixture of emotions. Some beings can become obsessed with abandoned places, and perhaps find new strength in the emotions, lives and objects that have been abandoned.
