一直以来都在等待一个人来拯救我，弥补心里的空洞，但我不知道是谁，或者是什么，于是我尝试了很多方式，也有不好的结果。

有一次一个人去花莲静思了两天，去海边看了海两个多小时，突然领悟到
原来我一直在等待的人……是我

只有我能医治我自己

我把这个感动写成歌提醒我自己
也希望听到的人有同样的感受
