狩猎

狩猎是邹族世代相传的传统文化，在邹族传统文化中，狩猎有相当多的禁忌与规范。歌词中提到许多地名，每个猎人都必须非常清楚自家及各家家族的猎场，误入其他氏族猎场狩猎是非常严重的事情。歌词中还提到邹族的占卜鸟：绣眼画眉，在打猎之前，猎人必须听绣眼画眉的叫声，若听到不祥的征兆，当日便取消狩猎的行动。歌词的最后一段，是猎人行猎时，经过以前古部落的旧址，猎人遥想古时候部落的面貌与生活情景，仿佛听见祖先们在呼唤著他。
