约三千公顷的原生森林
另称青木原树海
因多年来为许多日本人寻短的地点
平均每年约有一百起案件
故又称 自杀森林

Aokigahara: Located on the northwestern flank of Mt. Fuji, the forest is also called The Sea of Trees for its vast area. Due to its eerie atmosphere and cultural influence, averagely, every year around 100 people are attracted to the place and commits suicide within the forest, giving it the infamous name "Suicide Forest".

I walk alone a lonely trail
The moon behind me cold and pale
Around me ancient webs of green
So dense Mount Fuji can't be seen

Awaiting one who cannot cope
With life's regrets and sorrows deep
And begs for never ending sleep

The sea of trees devours all sounds
The silent Jukai’s burial mounds
Beneath the soil and twisted roots
Lie scattered bones and coats and boots

In Yurei's realm no creatures dwell
Just forlorn ghosts to ring my knell
And corpses hanging decades old
Here ends my journey long and cold

Upon the branches hangs my rope
The life I've lived has no more hope
Away from shame I seek escape
Within this green enchanting scape
