民谣/另类摇滚乐团Who Cares 胡凯儿继睽违近四年的不插电EP《昨天再见》之后，首发英文创作单曲〈Illusion〉！有别于过往以Pop Rock为基底的创作路线，胡凯儿首次尝试Loud Rock曲风，在狂暴中自我怀疑，在呢喃中嘶吼情绪。经历前几年团员更迭、乐团发展路线的不确定，胡凯儿将这段期间的迷惘、忐忑、愤怒、不甘，融入音乐创作之中。〈Illusion〉一曲同也邀来知名金属乐团OBSESS主唱魏小跨刀合作，以其为人称道的声音张力堆叠音乐氛围。

Who Cares 胡凯儿同步发起首张创作专辑《天色》之群众募资计画！预计于2023年发行的《天色》专辑，除了收录曾发表的Demo作品，同也预备多首尚未问世之全新创作。对于独立乐团而言，创作是一条不归路，投注时间心血赌一个未知的可能。所以也需要更多听众朋友的支持！
