❝ 清醒梦lucid dream ❞

做梦时保持清醒的状态。
在清醒梦的状态下，做梦者能在梦中拥有清醒时的思考和记忆能力，部份人甚至可以使自己梦境中的感觉真实得跟现实世界无异。

在白天时刻，我们有不同程度的清醒。
许多人无法在清醒时完全清醒。肉身、思绪与生活中我们抱持的希望、拥有的担忧或是对某事某人某物的冀盼、执念、失望紧紧相嵌。
在某种意义上，当早上醒来时更似“沉睡”；当做梦时更似“觉醒”。

做梦可以极大的敞开一个人的意识和心灵，同样也可以指引我们。

然而，与白日梦不同的是，在清醒梦里你拥有控制梦境的能力。在这场梦里，你将碰触真实的自由，碰触所有你敢想像的美好与浪漫。
