在加拿大过冬天，整天待在屋里，很闷，终于春天来临，可以坐在庭院晒太阳喝啤酒，真是一大享受。一对带著狗儿散步的陌生男女，也在此相遇。

SUNNY AFTERNOON

Where you going on this sunny afternoon?
We can walk your dog and you can take me home
and we can make out in your room
Winter sure was long but now it's gone
the dogshit's thawing on the lawn
The smells of springtime ain't the sweetest
But they're welcome anyway
The sidewalk's rough, six months of sand
under my feet, I'll hold your hand
Ill see you smile I'll hear you laugh
and I'll feel like singing

Springtime is here
Let's sit outside
and drink some beer (2x)

I should be working on this sunny afternoon
But I played a trick I phoned in sick
They won be seeing my ass too soon
Let's find a place where we can go
Sit on an open patio
somewhere on Elgin Street
or we can head down to the Market
With sparrows twittering in the air
and pretty girls walking everywhere
Buskers out on the corner
Listen you can hear them singing
